AISI is pleased to announce the purchase of Resource
Recovery Services, Inc. in Macon, Georgia on May 26, 2004.

Resource Recovery Services, Inc. provides oil/filter collection
services in the Macon, GA area. They have a solid customer
base, including several industrial accounts, and have prided
themselves on providing quality and dependable service. This
acquisition provides AISI with a transfer facility in Macon and
will allow us to continue to grow our collection operation,
thereby strengthening our presence in that region.

2/19/04-Acquisition Announcement

AISI is pleased to announce the purchase of Four Way Oil

Company, Inc. and C & G Petroleum Company, Inc. on Feb

17th.



Four Way and C & G provide oil/filter collection services in

Georgia, North Florida and Alabama. These companies have

spent many years building and maintaining a valuable

customer base that will serve as the foundation for our new

Southern Georgia division. We believe the addition of their

operating/collection facilities in Whigham, GA and Macon, GA.

will be a wonderful compliment to our Southeast Region.



The experienced and talented personnel joining our team from

Four Way and C&G will definitely be an asset.
